THE CHEF

Darren Anthony Lamboy

Deeply influenced by his Puerto Rican heritage, Chef de Cuisine Lamboy was inspired by his mother and grandmother’s cooking styles. Growing up in Jersey City, his early fascination with lively flavors and diverse ingredients quickly turned into a newfound passion for the kitchen. This continued to grow into something much larger - leading him to pursue culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco.

In 2017, Boriqua Kitchen was officially born, where Lamboy brought his culinary creations to life. With a goal to share his love for soulful Puerto Rican dishes, he aims to make your taste buds “salsa dance” through authentic flavors in food made with love.
